We want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage PDA purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- All original accessories and packaging must be included
- Return shipping label must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Custom or specially sourced items may have different return terms

Every PDA from Premium PDA Palace is backed by our comprehensive 90-day warranty. This warranty covers defects in functionality that were not apparent at the time of purchase.

- Touch screen responsiveness issues
- Button or control failures
- Display defects (dead pixels, backlight issues)
- Power/charging problems not related to battery age
- Hardware defects affecting normal operation
- Sync/connectivity issues due to hardware failure
What's Not Covered
- Damage from drops, spills, or misuse
- Normal battery degradation
- Software issues or OS corruption
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Loss of stylus or accessories
