30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage PDA purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • PDA must be in the same condition as received
  • All original accessories and packaging must be included
  • Return shipping label must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Custom or specially sourced items may have different return terms

How to Return

Contact Us: Email returns@pdapalace.com with your order number and reason for return
Receive RMA: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and prepaid shipping label
Pack Securely: Use original packaging if possible, or pack securely with adequate protection
Ship Back: Drop off at any authorized shipping location using our prepaid label
Refund Issued: Once received and inspected, refund processed within 3-5 business days
Free Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return labels for all returns within the continental United States. International returns may incur shipping costs.

90-Day Warranty

Every PDA from Premium PDA Palace is backed by our comprehensive 90-day warranty. This warranty covers defects in functionality that were not apparent at the time of purchase.

What's Covered

  • Touch screen responsiveness issues
  • Button or control failures
  • Display defects (dead pixels, backlight issues)
  • Power/charging problems not related to battery age
  • Hardware defects affecting normal operation
  • Sync/connectivity issues due to hardware failure

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from drops, spills, or misuse
  • Normal battery degradation
  • Software issues or OS corruption
  • Cosmetic wear from normal use
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Loss of stylus or accessories
Important: Opening the device or attempting repairs yourself will void the warranty. Please contact us first if you experience any issues.

Warranty Claims Process

Report Issue: Contact warranty@pdapalace.com with your order number and detailed description of the problem
Troubleshooting: Our technicians may provide troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue
Return Authorization: If needed, we'll provide a warranty RMA and shipping label
Evaluation: Our technicians will evaluate the device and determine if the issue is covered
Resolution: We'll either repair, replace, or refund based on the situation and availability

Extended Warranty Options

For additional peace of mind, we offer extended warranty options:

  • 1-Year Extended Warranty: $49.99 - Extends coverage to full year from purchase
  • 2-Year Extended Warranty: $89.99 - Maximum protection for your investment
  • Accidental Damage Protection: $39.99/year - Covers drops and spills

Extended warranties must be purchased within 30 days of receiving your PDA.
